Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all of Nexplore’s growth, market expansion and marketing initiatives across the USA. He/she must be committed to sharing Nexplore’s mission and programs, managing client relationships effectively and boosting overall sales. The Sales & Marketing Manager reports directly to the CEO regarding market trends, school outreach, sales pipelines, school requirements and client relationships. He/she will also be responsible for developing various marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and email templates.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Conduct market research on developing educational markets (cities/regions), identifying target schools and education centers
  • Compile market research into Excel lists containing relevant information (school/institution name, phone, website, tuition, enrollment, etc.).
  • Identify target contact people and information (i.e. name/email/phone of Principal, ASP Director, Summer Camp Director, Director of Enrichment, etc.).
  • Map and sort schools according to: associations, religion, enrollment, tuition, private/public/charter, etc.
  • Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to manage outreach through the sales pipeline (Lead-Prospect-Customer). Diligently follow-up on outreach, persisting until receiving a “yes” or “no.”
  • Initiate contact via e-mail/phone calls in order to schedule a sales conference call.
  • Conduct sales meeting (in person) or via phones/emails (at first with CEO supervision).
  • Create proposals and represent Nexplore at vendor fairs, conferences and conventions.
  • Build relationships with schools and conduct contract renewal.

Marketing

  • Website maintenance, development, etc. (pictures, blog, content updates)
  • Maintenance/development of CRM (Hatchbuck) and marketing software (Constant Contact) resources (i.e. creation of campaigns, templates, etc.)
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about education and innovative enrichment solutions
  • Strong work ethic
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Extremely organized
  • Experience with CRMs and email marketing
  • Technologically proficient (experience with Adobe Suite and graphic design is a PLUS)

Working Conditions:

  • Part Time - Morning time prefered
  • $15/hour + Commission (considerate with experience)
  • Office based in Hallandale Beach, FL
