Job Details:
Responsible for Sales conferencing and marketing support, Front Desk Support and administrative support as required.

Territory Administrative Support
Sales Conferences & Sponsorships Registrations
Sales Marketing Assistant tasks
Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs
Perform other duties as directed by Sales Support Administrator of Sales
Assist and / or back-up Sales Administrative Assistant and Front Desk

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
Must be able to ensure complete confidentiality at all times.

Ability to work with a variety of Personalities
Ability to work independently, self-starter/motivated
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines
