Architechs for the Web is looking for Sales Executives with sales experience to join its expanding web and marketing agency. This expansion effort creates a unique opportunity for sales-driven individuals. This is a work from home opportunity and available to any qualified US salesperson. If you are driven, ambitious and someone who can develop and close new business, as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
- Represent Architechs for the Web values in all dealings with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ensure communication and relationships with clients and colleagues is excellent and allows Architechs for the Web to deliver world-beating service.
- Must be able to demonstrate and uphold company core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to inquiries and quote requests in accordance to company policies & procedures.
- Use company online tools including Zoho CRM and Pandadocs systems in line with company policies & procedures.
- New business development comes from either Architechs for the Web clients in the US; generated leads, referrals, trade-show leads or own knowledge base.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support.
- Working with a wider team to resolve problem orders.
- Identify prospects and pass leads to Architechs for the Web using Zoho CRM.
- Submits and recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to communicate via telephone, virtual conference calls, and email.
- Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
- Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.
- Solid closing track record
- Strong networking skills.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Strong communication skills
- Prior sales experience required.
- Website design knowledge preferred.
- Digital Marketing knowledge preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a Base plus Commission position with a competitive commission structure.

Job Type: Base Salary & Commission
BASE is $30,000 plus commission.

- Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)

- Knowledge in Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:
- Remote / Work from home. Will require driving to businesses and having in-person meetings when required.
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
