Job Description
Summary
Perform all marketing and estimating tasks related to customer calls, job scoping. Create preliminary estimates and communicate job scopes and leads to the office and General Manager. Performs sales on a daily basis to drive in sales leads and new business for the franchise
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Estimation a. Respond to new leads that come inb. Perform scopes and estimatesc. Communicate to customer to ensure customers needs are fulfilled 2. Sales Generationa. Develop Contacts to drive in new sales leadsb. Maintain excisting relationships daily, weekly and monthly c. Perform daily communication in Work Center Marketing d. Maintain Sales Quota 3. Job File Communication and Reportinga. Maintain internal communicationsb. Maintain external communicationsc. Document all communications in Workcenter
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
Formal Education/Training
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- A minimum 5 years of business experience
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies
- Superb customer service, administrative and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
- Experience in writing estimates and the job file process
Formal Education/Training
- Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred
