Position Overview
Diligent is looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to join our Global Training & Enablement team. Reporting to the VP of Global Training and Enablement, this intern will play an important role by assisting in a variety of projects and tasks supporting the Global Training and Enablement team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for one of the largest B2B Software-as-a-Service companies headquartered in NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of the sales onboarding program
- Prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of the MEDDICC sales framework
- Report on content usage from Showpad
- Assist with special projects supporting the Training and Enablement team
- Propose business process improvements as needed
- Provide ongoing, meaningful feedback that can help accelerate or improve programs before, during and after development
Required Experience/Skills:
- Full-time undergraduate
- Fast learner, comfortable with picking up new technology and programs
- A resourceful skilled researcher
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred on Strong Power Point & Excel skills
- Interest in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing or Sales Operations as a future career option
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
- Availability for 8 weeks from early June until mid-August
