An Aspireship hiring partner is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their growing remote team in Maryland.
The hiring company sells a SaaS platform focused on helping companies train faster through a simple training, enablement, and coaching software. This company is looking for someone who is a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with nonstop drive to get things done.
Typical day-to-day activities in this role will include:
- Connect with prospects by outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and various multi channel touch points
- Consistently be able to hit weekly KPIs and monthly quotas
- Research, educate and qualify organizations to see how the platform could be helpful to them
Compensation: $40K base / $55K OTE (on-target earnings)
