We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help our sales team manage a growing pipeline of inbound leads. Our customer base includes thousands of companies across all major industries including over half of the Fortune 500. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll oversee all leads entering our pipeline, ensure they receive proper support, and connect them with an Account Executive for a demo.
In this role, you will identify, educate, and develop prospects to create new qualified opportunities. You will partner closely with Account Executives to expand their opportunity pipelines and help them exceed quarterly sales targets. This multi-faceted position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
A successful candidate will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have sales-related experience and/or experience working with a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) as well as a willingness to learn. They will also have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, strong time management, and enjoy the challenges of a quickly growing company and customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospective leads using Media Partners’ best practice methodology
- Initiate sales conversations with inbound sales prospects from website and Chat lines
- Prospect for new customers leveraging existing leads as well as building your own target lists based on key segments of interest
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to educate and increase prospect interest
- Utilize Outreach to manage call/email cadences
- Leverage Salesforce Lightning to ensure the team is working with consistent and accurate information
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Work with Account Executives and Marketing to develop and deliver customer proposals
- Improve on our existing SDR practices to make your own role more efficient
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of sales development experience with a clear track record of success and exceeding goals preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, preferred, or an understanding of the CRM technology ecosystem
- Tech Savvy, able to speak plainly about B2B Tech
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
- Highly motivated to make an impact and learn from others
- Self-driven and not afraid to explore
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities
- High energy, positive attitude and attention to detail
- Preferred experience with Office 365 tools
- Strong team player; demonstrated ability to partner with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross functional departments
- Experience in a SaaS based market is preferred, but the aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment is important.
Opportunity & Compensation:
- Base + Commission with an On-Target Earning range of $55,000 - $70,000

Prior to COVID-19, a large percentage of our team worked remotely. Since COVID-19, we have shut all our offices and all employees work remotely. We have offices in Bellevue, Wa and Boise, ID we intend to reopen in the future.
