Summit Off Duty Services, LLC, is a nationwide corporate security outsourcing firm headquartered in Irving, Texas (Las Colinas), that provides security and consulting services throughout the United States. Our primary business function is provisioning off-duty law enforcement officers for various short and long-term security assignments. As the fastest-growing security company of our kind, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Summit Off Duty team as we undergo dramatic growth and expansion.
POSITION SUMMARY
Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the Sales Development Process (new user Identification, conversion, and appointment setting). Qualifies prospects appropriately; using BANT* or other common qualification techniques to confirm usage (or potential usage) of off-duty services to identify Marketing Qualified Leads for conversion to Accounts in the CRM system**. Once Accounts are qualified as users of off-duty services, a focus on appointment setting for sales team members (or VPBD). Appointment setting includes an expectation of contact cadence & entry into marketing automation system for ongoing direct marketing efforts.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Be knowledgeable about Summit’s core service offering (Off-Duty Peace Officer Services) as well as the company’s geographic service capabilities
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Emphasize the features of Summit’s differentiators in the marketplace to highlight how Off-Duty Services can assist with their security needs
- Answer basic questions about our service to continue qualification process of LEADS & ACCOUNTS
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects for Summit’s offerings via phone and e-mail based 1:1 communication (as well as integrating tools provided into efforts, such as: CRM, Lead Identification Tools and Marketing Automation Process.
- Activities include (and are not limited to) effective strategic call planning (vertical markets, interest, geography) /pre-call planning (to identify the correct contacts) and Account penetration within potential prospects
- Prospect effectively to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities for sales team
- Work with the internal teams ex. Sales Operations to ensure we are optimizing results
- Meet and exceed sales requirements including activity, lead generations, LEAD to ACCOUNT conversions in the CRM and meetings scheduled that generate revenue to meet/ exceed business goals with a focus on recurring revenue prospects
Additional Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Building “known user” database for Marketing Automation efforts
- Liaison between sales and finance as needed
- Social Media Engagement on behalf of the company is expected (sharing of company posts, prospect engagement, sales cadence, etc.)
- Engagement in specific sales activities as directed (such as campaigns, call blitzes, etc.)
- Documentation and usage of software programs provided by company
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Updates all contact information (and other fields in CRM) for CONTACTS, LEADS & ACCOUNTS daily during efforts
- Deals with any customer complaints and escalate the issue as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Continuing Education (college degree, industry-based certification, or formal sales training) is highly encouraged, but not required
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the one (or more) of the following fields: Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Development, Telemarketing, Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management.
