Job Description
Overview: Quadax is hiring a Sales Development Manager who will play a key role in managing and coaching a team of SDRs in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and their quota & goals. This role is ideal for a talented sales manager who has a proven history of successfully coaching B2B inside sales and/or sales development teams to beat monthly, quarterly and annual goals. The ideal candidate also excels at building camaraderie across a team and relationships with individual direct reports, and is well-versed in sales development strategies and tools.Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
  • Refine the sales presentation and process to achieve optimum results
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce.com & Definitive Healthcare
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns
  • Track SDR team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Develop and hold regular training workshops, focusing on prospecting, countering objections, and other SDR responsibilities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for SDR sales process improvement and work with SDRs to strategize and establish next steps for sourcing leads, including creating outreach strategies, refining effective messaging and ensuring the timely execution of these campaigns


The Sales Development Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for set appointments and annual new business revenue. This sales position is responsible for the prospecting and development of lead qualification via the phone, trade shows, and in person with hospital administrators, office managers, and physician practices to drive sales and maximize growth to achieve corporate goals and increase market share. The key responsibilities initially will be the following:


  • Create & Manage prospecting territory plan in coordination with the VP Sales
  • Market Quadax’s products and/or service via tradeshows, telephone, and face to face meetings
  • Grow, manage and maintain top of the funnel pipeline
  • Generates prospective customers through cold calling
  • Emails/Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients
  • Develops individual call plans to achieve target goal for marketing campaigns
  • Builds and maintains up to date knowledge of industry and competition
  • Educate prospects
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (Salesforce.com)
  • Ensure all records are completed to the highest level of accuracy
Additional Information:“Day in the Life”
  • On any given day the SDR Manager will be meeting with his/her team members to provide side-by-side coaching as well as call monitoring. They will also be measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of call campaigns to report to the VP of Sales. The SDR Manager will be responsible for optimizing call scripts and making recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years’ experience leading a team of SDRs in a high-tech competitive environment
  • 3+ years’ experience as a successful SDR/sales person
  • Outbound call center management experience strongly preferred
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare market strongly preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce.com
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Technically adept
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
