  • Act as a key partner within the Sales team, and support the entire Sales staff.
  • Responsible for administrative support related to delivery scheduling, checking orders/invoices, and confirming manifests. Create, manage, optimize, and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices.
  • Act as lead point of contact for sales analytics requests, improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Manage internal communication: Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Retail conference call notes & follow up
    • Arrange customer sales meetings - Digital Deck Meeting scheduling via Zoom, MSFT Teams
    • Sales team meeting agendas: monthly meeting agendas, notes, and follow up
    • Prep for sales calls - menu shopping, previous order data. Organize competitor info and sales data for each major market
    • Take notes on weekly market calls and following up to ensure digital Dropbox is accurate
  • Marketing support & collaboration: complete promotion templates, menus, swag orders, brochures, social media support, and Cannabis BPO Ticket Customer Service System - direct all emails to appropriate territory/sales manager
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence team:
    • Build and maintain key operational reporting, streamline ad-hoc reporting, manage Holistic Indicators portal
    • Monthly market reports - Sales Account Manager competitive data; successes, challenges, trends
  • KPI tracking - weekly wholesale reports for each state: weekly revenue, top accounts, vault inventory, avg order size, price compression
  • Leaf Trade management: uploads - images, descriptions, COAs, and pricing
  • Competitor analysis: pricing, branding, packaging
  • Document updates: wholesale terms sheet, Dropbox files, return policy, contracts
  • Coordinating with Marketing & Ops to ensure every item on Product Master has a correct image and description for Leaf Trade
  • Checking inventory for all Liberty Retail locations to ensure they have adequate HI product and flower quantities

  • Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management
  • Physical Requirements of the Job: Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones. May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
About You:General:
  • Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in sales, business operations, or analytics role.
  • Experience in an inside sales role or supporting role preferred.
  • Experience building documentation for processes and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with supply chain and logistics.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Projects
  • Analytically and technically inclined, and can manage, administer and improve our sales systems, processes and policies.
  • Develop and improve the sales process to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced, start-up environment.
