We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in our Lake Mary, FL office!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Sales Team. The successful candidate must be friendly and persuasive as they will become the first point of contact for potential customers, building influence and interest to set appointments and qualify leads for the Sales Team. The ideal candidate must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short amount of time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The goal is to promote business growth and facilitate the Sales Team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


Sales Coordinator essential functions include:

  • Coordinate Sales Team by setting appointments, qualifying leads, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Calling warm leads provided to schedule appointments for Sales Team, using scripts to provide information about products and their benefits
  • Asking pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and keeping records of calls and other useful information
  • Recording the customer’s personal information accurately in the computer system
  • Lives and champions IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadership
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualified candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Exceptional customer service, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
  • Persistent, results-oriented, patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office and other relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and phone systems
  • Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
