Expo Home Improvement is growing and we are excited to be adding new In-home sales consultants for our Georgetown, Austin and Dallas Texas locations!

Our Marketing campaigns produce a consistent volume of high-quality, pre-set, and confirmed appointments. Expo Home Improvement is looking for a professional In-home Sales Consultant to provide our services and products directly to homeowners because we love to service those in need of our products. Unlike traditional renovations, our projects are cost-effective and hassle-free. While a Expo Home Improvement project is affordable, we don’t sacrifice quality. All of our products are made with durable, high-performance acrylic that promises to never dent, warp, or crack from daily wear and tear.

Job Duties

  • Establish strong relationships with potential customers by providing professional advice.
  • Presenting homeowners with the best possible bathroom remodel solutions.
  • Update the database with possible changes and customer status.
  • Achieve individual sales goals as set by the sales manager.

Job Qualifications

  • DIRECT SALES experience: Minimum 2 year
  • HOME IMPROVEMENT specializing in Windows experience a plus!
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to thrive with minimal supervision in an independent work environment.
  • Personal Characteristics: high energy, tenacious, professional, and dedicated. Detail-oriented with good follow through on tasks. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Professional Characteristics: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
  • MUST Have reliable transportation.
  • MUST Be able to work flexible hours-evenings and Saturdays are required

Compensation

  • Uncapped commissions. Successful representatives will average $80-150K++ annually.
  • Monthly Bonus plans
  • 3508 Direct Seller Employment Type
  • Four weeks of PAID Training (two weeks in the classroom)!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
