Sales Associate And Bridal Consultant

The perfect candidate has prior customer service experience, open availability, & an eagerness to learn everything bridal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to helping brides find their wedding gown, helping brides & bridesmaids find their bridesmaids dresses, helping brides & grooms curate their menswear selections. As well as measuring both men & women; we will train you on how to measure everybody properly
.
The right person will be outgoing, ready to learn, detail oriented, comfortable on the phone, & work well not only by themselves, but with a team.
We expect the right candidate to be able to work 3 full shifts during the week & at least 2-3 Saturdays (8:45am-3:30pm) a month, but every weekend is preferred.

Pay is based on your knowledge & experience.
Along with your hourly pay, you’ll also receive commission & the chance at monthly bonuses.

As a small boutique, everybody is responsible for a little bit of everything. Whether that be helping brides find their dream gown, helping grooms curate their’s & their party’s attire, answering phones, maintaining the store, assisting with social media posts, & general customer service.
