Sales Assistant/BMW Genius (product specialist)

Assists the sales department by helping to:

• Greet customers promptly and help direct them to the correct employee
• Ride along on demonstration drives if needed/when salesperson is busy
• Share enthusiasm and product knowledge with the customer during vehicle presentation part of the sale
• Pull up inventory for customer if needed
• Run cars to gas station/car wash if directed by sales manager

BMW Genius requirements

• Learn the BMW product so that you can assist customers in making the correct purchase decision in conjunction with the salesperson
• Be a point of knowledge to assist the sales department if needed
• Take quarterly/annual manufacturer required online training
• Perform customer follow up calls/emails after the sale to assist customers further with any questions/issues that may arise
• Schedule and perform in-person Encore (second+) deliveries after the original sale date to further assist customers and drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Schedule and perform virtual second deliveries (phone appointments/zoom/facetime calls)
• Additional tasks as designated by sales manager
