Guardian Industries is looking for a Sales and Operations Business Process Analyst to join our team! This is a remote position and is open to any US state.
The S&OP Business Process Analyst, will support regional operating teams and individuals to ensure the proper understanding of S&OP and S&OE business processes, proper application of the system functionalities and realize waste reduction opportunities.
- Define and implement best practices within regional teams
- Work to enhance system functionality for Kinaxis / RapidResponse to support the Planning process
- Interact with other workstreams on new requirements/system development
- Coordinate system testing, process, and new functionalities training
- Define standard reporting to support process and decision making across the globe
- Define the proper data to be consumed for analytics/ metrics and be the data steward, working in partnership with the data management team to ensure the right governance
The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:
- Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams at various levels
- Experience with system development/ new technologies
- Experience defining and implementing best practices
- Experience creating a visual dashboard based on defined metrics
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Kinaxis-RapidResponse, Infor M3 or other ERP systems with focus on planning functionalities
- Experience with Agile methodology

For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
