Responsibilities:

Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultants interview customers to assess their needs and match them with in-stock vehicle options sales & Leasing Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of sales skills, vehicles, and technology; stay well-read and continue to learn about new vehicles and their featured sales & Leasing Consultants test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features present price and payment quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles respecting activities like making outbound phone calls, sending emails and visiting local businesses with business cards and a presentation follow up with previous visitors, and prospective customers and return email/voicemail daily support on-line customers by setting appointments follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have an extraordinary work ethic and a strong desire to succeed. Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience, steady work history and the commitment to starting/continuing a new career Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")Basic computer, email and internet proficient excellent appearance, above-average verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through. Must be able to handle rejection, sometimes several times per week when customers decide not to purchase from you, or to postpone a sale, without losing drive and intensity weekend availability is needed as well as frequent evening hoursValid U.S. Driver's license must pass a drug screen sales & Leasing Consultants
