We are looking for a Sales and Leasing Agent who will be responsible for the selling and leasing of pre-owned and new homes in their designated locations. As a Sales and Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and keeping up the presentation of the homes while managing closings.

Responsibilities

  • Presenting and maintaining the image of Havenpark while selling and leasing homes
  • Coordinating with your Community Manager on the upkeep of the community as needed
  • On a monthly basis, or as advised, completing market surveys to research competitor home pricing and incentives
  • Touring prospects through homes that best fit their needs
  • Taking lead on the leasing and sales program for your direct community
  • Organizing closings and completing all correlated documentation
  • Managing marketing and advertising events
  • Meeting all leasing and sales budgets.
  • Performing other duties and projects assigned by the leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Residential sales experience preferred but not required
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and other flexible hours
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and e-Verify
