Job Description
Collaborates with and supports senior leaders in implementing the business plan and executing strategic initiatives for a Line of Business. Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to the executive team.
Develops strategies and tactics that proactively create readiness at the front line. Responsible for the development of tools and resources to drive consistency in managing sales and customer experience outcomes.
Creates and leads governance process to prioritize strategic initiatives. Ensures adequate capacity to support successful execution of business priorities.
Defines and directs the implementation of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
Leads a team of managers and individual contributors. Manages and develops talent within Retail Planning and Readiness team.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
