ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Reporting:

  • Automate global sales reports
  • Prepare and analyze contract required sales reports – weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Ad hoc reporting for peer departments
  • Participate in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews as needed

Global Contract Administration:

  • Automate Contract processes, utilizing benefits of ‘Sales Cube’
  • Global Agreement maintenance

Salesforce Administration:

  • Monitor and improve data quality and integrity
  • Proactively gather feedback from users to continually improve user experience
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define use case and rollout plans
  • Assist sales management in defining and monitoring processes for trends and team analysis
  • Provide group and/or one-one training for new and existing users, including best practice documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of experience
  • Proficiency in SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrates proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and business innovation
  • Demonstrates leadership, hands-on approach with strong collaboration to move projects to closure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior time management and organizational skills; ability to work with limited supervision

  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
  • Attend scheduled EH&S training program
  • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
  • Recommend improved EH&S practices
