Sale Associate/Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION: We engage with consumers (TX Residents) at farmers markets, festivals, local businesses, and community events, educating them about their right to support Pollution-Free energy and helping them make the easy switch to go green!

This position mainly involves face-to-face interaction behind booths at set venues (It does NOT involve door-to-door or telemarketing activity).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be fluent in both english and spanish.

-Strong communication skills and persuasiveness that let you converse freely with consumers and complete sign ups

-Motivation to meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team goals

-Genuine interest in creating a cleaner environment, increasing consumer awareness, and improving your sales related skills

SCHEDULING: is flexible, part-time,full time, and coordinated week by week. Availability can be anywhere from 20-29 hours a week. Minimum requirement: 1 weekend day availability (Friday-Sunday)

COMPENSATION: Excellent compensation package includes bonuses, flexible scheduling, paid training supportive team environment, access to fun events, networking opportunities and advancement potential. Earnings range based on skill level. Many agents begin averaging $20 per hour,
