TL Connects was started to help the restaurant and foodservice industry increase trackable revenue each month and build a stronger relationship with their current and future customer. We do this through our proprietary customer engagement hardware and software solutions.

Who TL is Looking For
In this role, you will be the face of your community for TL Connects. You'll become known as the TL Gal or Guy by local businesses. You'll do this by going out and visiting with local foodservice owners and learning about their business, their marketing strategy, and present solutions to help their business grow. In this role, you will also target larger opportunities with multiple locations that will likely span multiple states.

Compensation Includes Base Salary, New Customer Acquisition Bonus, & Monthly Residual.

Expectations:

  • Daily Activity Goal: 40-50 touches to achieve an acceptable contact to appointment ratio. 8-12 new prospect presentations per week.
  • Canvassing walk-in cold calls when in the field
  • Accurately maintain prospect information and activities in our CRM Hubspot
  • Train and manage relationships with customers post-closing.

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years experience in Outside Business to Business Sales.
  • Excellent cold-calling skills.
  • Consultative Sales Approach.
  • Phone Etiquette - be pleasant, think quickly on your feet, and quick to the point.
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn Google Platform Programs
  • Willingness to keep learning and positively contribute to the company’s culture
