HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $50 - $100 USD / HR depending on experience

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - 5 month + project

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Rust/Substrate Developer to join our existing team and play a key role in developing the blockchain layer and smart contracts underlying the web3 platform.

The ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding and passion for blockchain and DeFi. You will need to be experienced in Rust and Substrate and Polkadot.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Adapt current Hyperledger Fabric based logics to Substrate

• Improve performance of Substrate based business logics in relation to HLF based ones

• Build new logics native to substrate like cross chain communication and decentralized search

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 
  
  • 2 to 3 years experience in:
    • Rust
    • Substrate
    • Polkadot
  • 4 to 5 hours working hours overlap with Europe timezone
  • Availbility for at least 3 to 4 months minimum
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ready to change the world and excited to be rewarded for it

ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
