Russian-speaking Immigration Paralegal

Immigration law firm located in Miami is looking for a paralegal experienced with employment-based petitions. It can be either a part-time or a full-time job. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities will include:

- Intake cases and gather all documents from the clients

- Assist the attorney with preparation of employment-based petitions, including EB-1, EB-2 + NIW, EB-3, L-1, O-1, E-2.

- Draft petition support letters, indexed table of contents, memos of law, fill out forms

- Assemble the documents for filing with USCIS or U.S. Consulates

- Oversee the status of the cases and working directly with the firm's clients

Requirements:

- Fully bilingual (Russian-English)

- Must have excellent English writing skills

- Must be a self-starter, reliable, have great attention to details, be able to multitask and work with minimal supervision

- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
