Job Description
Preferred locations : KC, San Diego, Chicago or Boston; however, we are open to speaking with candidates from across the US.
Newly created role that will function as the point of day to day support for retirement and private wealth advisors across the US. This person will be critical in operationalizing and scaling HUB’s Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) practices leveraging technology for reporting, analysis and presentations.
This position will report to the Senior Director Retirement & Private Platform Retirement and have daily interaction with RPW’s COO along with Sr. leaders in the field and RPW leadership.
The Service & Support Consultant will be the quarterback for RPW’s Small Market Solution working hand in hand with our third-party partners, producers and advisors to advise, onboard and support the programs clients.
There is tremendous potential for growth for strong performers who are eager to learn and take new responsibilities in this position as the overall Service & Support Consultant team grows and as the individual engages directly with advisors, producers and leaders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Assist advisors in the field with managing the client quarterly due diligence process, conducting benchmarking, responding to, and managing request for proposals (RPFs), and setting up new client accounts.
Work directly with plan sponsor and individual clients to respond to client inquiries, participant requests, and to deliver employee education.
Ensure systems are updated and data is accurate and captured in a timely and efficient manner.
Be the point person for RPW Small Market Solution’s and partner with HUB’s producers, advisors and field staff to onboard and support these clients from the initial sales process through general servicing. Including acting as the business development resource for potential clients.
Engage with RPW field advisors to support the onboarding of clients in RPW’s Advisor Managed Account program (in plan participant advice).
Partner with RPW field offices to ensure data accuracy in plan systems over the next 6-12 months
Work with the RPW Investment Committee to migrate HUB’s thousands of retirement plan clients to the HUB proprietary scoring methodology over the next two to three years.
Engage directly with industry partners to facilitate solving client challenges on behalf of RPW advisors and corporate leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
CRM Systems
Financial Service Knowledge, specifically 401(k)
Series 6 or 7 license

Proven experience working in a fast paced and quickly evolving work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
