Route Sales/ Driver/ Laborer

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely haul junk alongside a Sales Lead in a variety of locations around the Twin Cities area
• Utilize and develop your customer service and sales skills to interact with our awesome customers in various parts of the metro area
• Constantly improve your sales, marketing, and customer service skills,
• Room for advancement, become a Sales Lead in 1-2 months and make up to $30/hour+!

Compensation:

• Earn $24-28/hr+, made up of tips, bonuses and a starting base pay of $15.50/hr with immediate growth opportunities
• 401K with 4% match after 500 hours worked
• Health insurance after 60 days if full time

Schedule: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? operates seven days a week, weekend availability required. Structured schedule that will be discussed during the interview.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is REQUIRED. We are also hiring non CDL drivers.
