Description
The Mills Parts Center in Willmar, MN is seeking an experienced, professional Route Manager. This position requires a "hands on" manager who has experience in managing a fleet of Route Delivery Representatives.
Candidates must have a proven track record of high performance, strong leadership, and excellent customer satisfaction. This individual is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the Fleet's prompt and accurate delivery of Automotive Parts, materials and merchandise for all of the defined Parts Delivery Routes. This position is also responsible for growing, building, and increasing our customer base; which may include route realignment, restructuring, and/or a change in route designations.
