Room Attendant/Housekeeping

A rapidly growing hospitality/management company is looking for a Hotel Housekeeper for their Clarion Hotel & Suites Conference Center located at the Memphis Airport. . Our ideal candidate must be a team player that is passionate about their work, willing to go above and beyond for our guests and embrace the concept of “all hands-on deck”.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms following Choice brand standards
• Cleaning hallways and common areas as assigned
• Using chemicals, cleaners, and cleaning equipment properly
• Stocking and maintaining housekeeping cart and linen storage room
• Documenting maintenance issues
• Additional housekeeping duties as assigned
• Follow Choice Hotel safe work habits and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Hotel/Hospitality Experience Preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirement:

Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
