RN/LPN - Nurse

Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking to hire RN/LPN for full time and part time, 12 hour shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A RN/LPN:

• Monitor patients and assess all their needs for them to have the best care possible.
• Adjust and dispense patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
• Perform all routine responsibilities under the direction of the Unit manager.
• Complete any jobs duties that are assigned to you.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A RN/LPN:

• Must have an active RN/LPN License in the state of Ohio
