EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS(A = basics; B = preferred)
Education
A.
Graduate of an approved RN nursing program
B.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Experience
A.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a practicing RN
B.
Two years or greater nursing experience in a medical imaging department
Licenses
A.
Current and valid RN license Current BCLS issued by the American Heart Association
B.
Specialty nursing certification applicable to medical imaging ACLS Certification
Special Skills
A.
Competent in the use of equipment and related supplies for selected patient population. CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy. CRT experience
B.
Windows computer experience, RIS experience
Other
A.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
