Job Summary: Utilizing the standards set forth for nursing practice by the ANA and ONS, the RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for oncology and medical/surgical patients. It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.

Qualifications
Education
BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN role
License/Certification
Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
Current BLS issued by American Heart Association required
ONS Chemotherapy biotherapy certificate course required within 1 year
Experience
Minimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required. Oncology experienced highly preferred.
