The Bone marrow Transplant Program has been here since 1994 is accredited by FACT.


Job Summary: Utilizing the standards set forth for nursing practice by the ANA and ONS, the RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for oncology and medical/surgical patients. It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.

Qualifications



EducationBSN required within 24 months of hire into RN role.

License/CertificationCurrent RN license in the State of Texas or compact license BLS is required ONS chemo biotherapy card preferred OR Requirement of course completion & certification obtained within 1 year of hire.

ExperienceMinimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required. Oncology experienced highly preferred.
