Job Description
We Are Hiring: RN Clinical Program Coordinator- Full time (40 hours per week); Mon - Fri 7:30a - 4:30p. No Weekends or Holidays; Coordinates CAR T patient's care.

What You Will Do: Coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department.
  • Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
  • Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
  • May supervise and direct nursing staff.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.
What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross (ARC) CPR for Professional Rescuers card will be accepted upon hire but renewal must be a BLS Provider card from AHA.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Additional Preferences:
  • Bachelors in Nursing
  • 3 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Research experience preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • CAR T or BMT experience preferred
  • Internal knowledge of Ascension Providence preferred
  • Program development experience
  • Oncology experience
