RN Case Manager And Compliance Director

This person is the liaison between the DSPs (Direct Service Providers) and the Agency, while working directly with TA Waiver clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical assistance to DSPs and CAAC Case Management staff.
• Conducts external audits and reports findings to ADSS (Alabama Dept of Senior Services) and DSPs.
• Notifies DSPs of findings and any recoupments.
• Develops audit schedule and conducts as required.
• Serves on the Quality Assurance Committee and HIPAA Compliance Committee.
• Works with TA Waiver Clients.

Requirements:

• Must be current/ active/ licensed RN
• Three to five (3-5) years of related experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and working experience applying this knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills; proficient in the use of personal computers, multi-tasking
• Good judgment and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and speaking so others will understand
