Job Description:

The RMF/ATO Assessor will generally ensure that the architecture and design of DoD information systems are functional and secure, and meet all RMF requirements.

As needed, design and develop IA or IA enabled products, interface specifications, and approaches to secure the environment. The candidate will also assess threats to the environment, provide inputs on the adequacy of security designs and architectures, and participate in risk assessment during the certification and accreditation process.

Training and Certifications:

DoD 8570 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order. Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified within the task order.

Required Certifications:

IAT III 8570 Baseline Certification – CISSP, CASP or equivalent

Education and Experience:

• HS/GED + 8 years
• Associates Degree + 6 years
• Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years
• Master’s Degree + 2 years
• PhD + 0 years
