Job DescriptionClinical Ink is seeking a Reverse Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team! The Reverse Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to complete appropriate receipts and documentation of all returned devices
  • Ensure both domestic and international documentation have been created to standards of compliance
  • Develop, implement, and document processes and policies around reverse logistics and returns
  • Partner with Inventory Management colleagues to ensure that system(s) reflect the current state of returns
  • Manage all receipt discrepancy issues/escalations to resolution
  • Coordinate with 3PL, 4PL, and other integrated partners to ensure successful return

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as Reverse Logistics Coordinator or similar position
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
  • Knowledge of creating international documentation required
  • Excellent math and recording abilities
  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Work and Outlook
  • Previous Salesforce experience preferred
