Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in the online advertising industry (i.e. ad serving, programmatic) and with platforms and trends.
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager platform.
- Experience launching revenue growth projects and initiatives by evaluating market needs and working with internal and external teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital advertising in display, mobile, and search with Google solutions.
- Knowledge of digital publishers revenue solutions and ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital industry trends (header bidding, privacy, etc).
- Ability to understand monetization metrics and apply them to potential optimizations.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and partner relationship skills.
The US Large Partner Solutions team within Global Partnerships works with Google's media partners to drive business growth and profitability through Google's platforms, products, and insights. Our partners are media owners across search, publishing, broadcast, entertainment, commerce, and Telco. The team focuses on current and future business growth opportunities by building trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and executives at partner organizations, and deeply understanding the industry that the partner operates in to help drive business growth opportunities and areas of focus for the partner and Google.
The Revenue Lead works closely with Strategic Partner Leads on the team and other cross-functional Google teams (e.g., gTech, GTM) to drive the day-to-day management and business with strategic partners.
As the Revenue Lead, you will be the key Google Ad Manager product expert, providing training, implementation support, business growth optimization, sales support and strategic consulting to the partner. You will work as part of a team to manage and grow the Google Ad Manager's (GAM) strategic partner relationships, with particular emphasis in areas that are important to partners such as the programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically as it relates to activating their data in a privacy-safe manner. You will also act as a trusted advisor to the partners to help them identify and implement new business growth opportunities.

Responsibilities- Be the Google Ad Manager expert for the team, providing specialized support at any stage including implementation, day-to-day questions, and business strategy.
- Build and maintain business relationships for Google Ad Manager partners through close collaboration with partner account owners on a daily basis. Includes frequent meetings with partners to present business growth optimizations, sales collateral and training materials, and to address analytics and reporting needs.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager’s partners, products, and services as it relates to growing business.
- Understand partner needs and opportunities for growth and translate them into internal work streams.
- Manage time-sensitive escalations related to business growth performance changes, product issues, and challenges specific to a given partner.
