Job Description
EBCH is offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a unique wilderness community. Our Revenue Integrity/Finance Team Leader is responsible for applying accounting and statistical analysis to a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to preparing reports, surveys, and schedules, handling month-end procedures, verifying the accuracy of accounts receivable, preparing general ledger information, and financial statements. This Team Leader will directly supervise the finance assistant, accounts payable, and payroll personnel. Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required for this position. Our Revenue Integrity Team Leader works closely with and reports directly to the CFO. Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required. Five years of experience in accounting or credit and collections work, preferably in a hospital or similar setting, is preferred.
Computer skills are required for this position, including, but not limited to, knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet, inventory, Word, and Access software.
This job requires excellent numerical, clerical, customer service and communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and organizational skills.
