The Role
The Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Sales Onboarding is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating a world-class role-specific onboarding program to attract top talent and decrease ramp time. The Program Manager should have a passion for Sales as a discipline and for enabling internal teams. The Program Manager will partner with our Revenue Onboarding Manager and Segment Enablement Managers to align programs to our strategic maturity model. The Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Sales Onboarding is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating a world-class role-specific onboarding program to attract top talent and decrease ramp time. The Program Manager will partner with our Revenue Onboarding Manager and Segment Enablement Managers to align programs to our strategic maturity model. They will be responsible for needs analysis, content development, knowledge sharing and training delivery, communication, optimization and assessing the outcomes. Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Partner with Sales Enablement Managers to design and develop innovative onboarding training programs for our Account Executive team
- Establish Onboarding program objectives, success metrics and milestones
- Ensure programs are scalable and accessible for all AEs, in alignment with the broader enablement program for customer facing teams at Outreach
- Work closely with Sales Enablement Managers and cross-functional partners, as applicable, to understand the programs being developed and how to best translate those programs to onboarding content to get new hires caught up to speed with existing reps
- Partner with Revenue Onboarding Manager and Sales Enablement Managers to build a scalable mentorship program to meet the needs of the business and own its evolution over time
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities between enablement, management and mentors; outlining accountability Leverage LMS (WorkRamp) to build distributed cross-segment onboarding training
- Facilitate live, cross-segment Onboarding training for Account Executives
- Capture feedback on Onboarding programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence to set up repeatable dashboards for constant visibility into leading and lagging indicators to inform iterations
- Prepare Sales Enablement Managers for their Quarterly Business Reviews with data on ramp by role, segment, and cohort start date; identifying program strengths and opportunities
- Partner with Recruiting team and Revenue Onboarding manager to streamline and standardize new hire start process
- Build and support pre-boarding and onboarding comms to provide a clear overview and expectations of Onboarding program to drive new hire engagement
- 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
- Passion for sales, empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
- Metrics focused, with advanced strategy for measuring impact of onboarding programs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
- Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources
- Results-oriented; able to accomplish both project and team goals
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
- Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers and the business
