Job Description

We are looking for responsible individuals that have the ability and skills to perform a variety of administrative, managerial and operational tasks. Duties and assignments include providing support to our executives, managers and/or associates, assisting in daily activities managing our organizations wide range of operational components.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required. Work experience in retail, construction, real estate, mortgage lending, or nonprofit organizations is preferred, but not required. Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and precision would be an added bonus.

Responsibilities would vary from day to day/ week to week.

The position would require the following:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office programs

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
