Job Description

We are a small florist, gift shop business currently seeking a self-motivated, ultra-creative, detailed oriented individual to manage our retail sales floor and promote our social media presence at our new business location! If you would like to be a part of an amazing design team, this position is for you. The candidate must be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Retail Sales

-Answering phones and taking orders

-Greeting customers and performing retail sales

- Managing social media

Retail experience preferred and customer service skills necessary

Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Friday 9am -1pm/3pm
  • Saturday 9am-1pm

Hours per week:

  • 20-24

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Compensation: Depends on Experience

This position is to manage retail sales however candidate may be willing and able to step into additional roles as needed (i.e. flower processing, purchasing inventory, driving deliveries, unloading stock, cleaning and organizing, prepping vases, event set-up, decor installation, generating content for social media, etc.)

Candidate must be professional, reliable, organized, punctual, detail-oriented, extremely flexible, and dedicated to being a critical asset to the company as this is a small business environment.
