Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for highly energetic, reliable and customer service friendly individuals who want to be a sales consultant. Compensation is a generous hourly salary plus motivating commission and bonus structures. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Approach customers with confidence and a smile, Greet
• selling cellular devices and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling
• Ability to hit individual goals
• Ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience
• Deliver excellent customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about
• Complete online training for product and promotion knowledge
• Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them
• Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale
• Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs
• Troubleshoot phones
• Need to know how to use a computer for POS and process check out

• Keeping updated on current plans and promotions.
