Sales associates are responsible for selling retail items to customers which includes cash handling, operating a Point of Sales system, maintaining retail inventory, providing customers with resort information, answering guest questions, and resolving issues. Base Pay: $12-14 per hour Location: SlopeSide Ski Shop or Winter Sports Ski Shop Employee Type: Hourly, non-exempt Job Category: Winter seasonal - full time, part time or holiday only Leadership Responsibilities: No Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled Estimated start date: Early December Minimum Age: 18 Typical Shift: 8am-5pm but night shift schedules may be available as well Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/carry 50lbs. Qualifications: Prior rental shop experience is a plus; however, training will be provided. Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $400/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.
