- Manager, Retail Marketing role is integral for the growth and presence of Faherty Brand. The position will create 360 marketing strategies focused on growing awareness, driving traffic, and delivering innovation in an effort to support our expanding retail footprint. Acting nationally and driving locally, this role will report to the VP of Marketing and include strong day-to-day collaboration with the Founders, Leadership, Marketing, Retail, Retail Ops, and Field teams to craft and execute an integrated, full-funnel retail strategy.
Responsible for:
- Develop a cohesive, multi-channel retail marketing strategy based on customer insights, business priorities, market trends, and brand growth goals.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new store openings including localized media, influencer & PR outreach, barricade graphics/window vinyls, collaboration with Centers’ Marketing Departments, and partnering with internal teams for grand opening events/experiences, integration on Fahertybrand.com, and paid media.
- Develop sustain & nurture marketing plans to continue to support traffic, sales, and experiences within the existing doors. These can include partnerships with the Centers’ Marketing Departments, external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors while partnering with internal teams on localized brand, social and digital media strategy.
- Act as the cross-functional lead to ensure a consistent and powerful retail presence throughout Faherty’s owned and social channels.
- Partner with Retention and Acquisition Teams to develop a full view of the retail consumer and identify incremental opportunities to drive LTV through high touch CRM (e.g., Creating an Omni consumer by acquiring through retail, and subsequently converting through Ecom).
- Collaborate with Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to inform and execute in-store signage programs, including seasonal signage, promotional sign libraries, and additional graphics’ needs.
- Balance branding and ROI-generating activations. Implement opportunities that will grow the business /generate incremental revenue while enhancing brand positioning within the localized markets.
Must have qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail marketing, preferably with a lifestyle brand with multiple doors operating in multiple markets
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field required
- Must have a proven track record in successfully launching retail marketing initiatives and executing innovative marketing strategies
- Customer-focused decision-maker with a strong understanding of localized and national print, social and digital marketing
- Stays current with evolving technology and market trends
