We are looking for outstanding customer service and leadership skills for a Sales Manager at our Bethel Park location!
Full-time
Weekdays plus Saturdays Opening and Closing shifts
Saturday availability required
Store hours 7 AM - 6 PM shifts vary
No late nights! Closed Sundays! Closed Holidays!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ultimate customer service
• Responsible for all activity of the Bethel Park Store, Call Center, and the Cake Place
• Accountable for building a customer-focused sales team through hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, motivating, coaching, and evaluating sales staff
• Supervise ordering, storage, packaging, and merchandising all baked goods
• Keep all Sales staff informed of company sales policies, procedures, promotions, and updates
• Track, maintain and improve weekly KPI trends. Establish sales goals for department and each associate.
• Generate daily order reports and project store needs
• Responsible for handling guest relations, feedback and service needs in a professional manner
• Implement product specials and promotions by utilizing proper signage, decorations, phone messages, and POS programming
• Supervise, troubleshoot, and proactive maintenance of POS systems, register drawers, phones, computer equipment, printers in sales area
• Work with the management team to review and proactively evaluate holiday menus, shopping guides and holiday feedback to maximize sales
• Coordinate daily with Production, North Strabane team and Drivers to ensure product availability for North Strabane and Bethel Park stores
• Travel to North Strabane store to work with and for North Strabane Store Manager, transport product, etc.
• Drive to wedding venues, grocery stores or vendor warehouses when needed
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Marketing, and Wedding Manager for purposes specific to sales and customer orders

Requirements:

• Previous retail store management and/or supervision required
• Previous customer service or guest relations experience required
• Efficient computer skills, POS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Team Player and a good example for co-workers
• Customer Focused
• Cash Handling Skills
• Attention to Detail and Presentation
• ServSafe Certification
• Valid Drivers License
• Carry/Lift up to 50 lbs
• Push/Pull full cabinets
• Pass drug and background screening
