Restorative Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant - full-time

Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center is a long term care facility with an outstanding reputation in the community for providing quality care. We are currently seeking part-time, every other weekend and as needed Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our growing team. The part time position is day shift, every other weekend and as needed for coverage.

** Must be a Delaware certified CNA **

The primary purpose of this position is to provide each of your assigned residents with restorative programs that seek to promote the highest level of functioning in the resident's activities of daily living and mobility as may be directed by your supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Range of motion task functions with residents to maintain and maximize abilities
• Perform basic nursing assistant care procedures for residents as required
• Create a comfortable and safe environment for residents and assure that their needs are met
• Maintain resident documentation records for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident specific forms
• Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards
• Attend and participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain certification and enhance quality of care
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested
