Crew Member Job Responsibilities:

• Work together on a team to prepare menu items as guests order
• Greet and interact with guests while serving
• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems
• Ability to multitask to keep up with a fast-paced food service environment
• Clean and breakdown station at the end of each shift
