Responsible for administration, operation, and direct supervision of Cafe Central at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures quality service is provided by all restaurant staff.
• Responds to guest comments and feedback in the outlet.
• Trains, coaches, directs and evaluates hourly staff.
• Inspects team members for cleanliness, uniforms, identifications etc.
• Assign stations and record attendance.
• Schedules, supervises and directs all restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance to all rules, regulations and procedures.
• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Ensures a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous restaurant and supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent walking.
• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
• May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
