Responsible for administration, operation, and direct supervision of Cafe Central at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures quality service is provided by all restaurant staff.
- Responds to guest comments and feedback in the outlet.
- Trains, coaches, directs and evaluates hourly staff.
- Inspects team members for cleanliness, uniforms, identifications etc.
- Assign stations and record attendance.
- Schedules, supervises and directs all restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance to all rules, regulations and procedures.
- Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Ensures a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous restaurant and supervisory experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent walking.
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
