Restaurant Shift Lead

Costa Vida is seeking an experienced restaurant crew member to be a Shift Lead who would lead by example. You will be responsible for influencing crew members to maintain a high level of food quality, customer service, and sanitation standards. This position has full-time and part-time availability and makes a competitive hourly wage of $12.00 to $14.00 plus tips. As our Restaurant Shift Lead, you arrive each day ready to work closely with restaurant management to coach, train, and identify talented crew team members.
