At Tangled Roots we take pride in "embracing your nature", would tending to guests and creating a craft beer experience be in your nature?

Primary duties include:

· Greeting the guests, the moment the enter the doors

· Answer phone call or in person reservations

· Handle general phone calls and transfers

· Answer guests’ questions pertaining to the restaurant and the menu

· Assist wait staff as needed

· Providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.

· Ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

· Address any complaints to help resolve them

· Obtain knowledge of the beer, wine, and food menu

· Assist other individuals as needed

· Up-keep on the cleanliness of the restrooms and keep them stocked

Requirements:

· B.A.S.S.E.T & Serve Safe (not required for employment consideration)
