Job Description

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a resource management analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll support the Director of Resource Management and provide subject matter knowledge for program Support Agreements. In this position, you'll prioritize deliverables, work independently with and without guidance, conduct research, and be comfortable consulting other agencies. You'll research applicable regulations and laws, prepare and review agreements, prepare standard operating procedures, instruction manuals, process flow charts, and policies. You'll coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders in planning, coordinating, and finalizing agreements. You'll prepare agendas and meeting minutes, presentations, and reports. You'll be responsible for systems management and process management while analyzing trends and communicating results to the project team leads who will assist with the decision-making process. You'll rely on your experience to identify and determine potential solutions for issues as they arise and support the implementation of solutions.

The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to directly impact a meaningful mission, while growing your skills in program strategy.
